We carry out all steps by hand in our studio to create your very own, individual centerpiece, which takes time.
Our individual orders have a production time of approximately 4 weeks from

We have a changing range of fabrics because we are dependent on fashion.
If a fabric is backordered, you'll find a notification in the fabric view. If a fabric is no longer visible in the fabric view, it's no longer available and won't be available again.
Based on the weight information, you can determine the right size for your pet. For breeds with a lot of fur and those with short legs, we recommend ordering half a size larger.
Example: If your dog would be an S, but is a dachshund, for example, we recommend an SM. We'd be happy to advise you individually on your dog. Just give us a call, and we'll find the right size.
The measurements in centimeters refer to the dimensions of the bag. They do not indicate the sleeping area. Since the centerpiece is assembled entirely individually and everyone desires different features/materials, it is not possible to specify the sleeping area. Please refer to our weight specifications for guidance.
Inserting zippers into your centerpiece is also a custom-made process. We always customize the best-fitting zipper for your order.
However, subsequent deliveries may result in deviations of +/- 1-2cm due to different batches.
To find the “optimal” zipper, we need an existing piece with a zipper from your core piece.
If you would like to order another interchangeable inlay with your order, we can gladly accommodate this request; an option for this is available in the configurator.
Unfortunately, that's not possible. Zippers must be incorporated into the base during the manufacturing process. This isn't possible afterward.
Our heart piece can be machine washed at a maximum of 40°C. We recommend washing the heart piece with liquid mild detergent and generally avoiding fabric softener. Fabric softener contains animal fats, which can stick the fibers together.
