Since these are custom-made individual pieces, the production time is approximately 4 weeks from receipt of payment .

Our fabric selection changes regularly, as we keep up with current fashion trends. Some fabrics are only available in limited quantities.

Note on subsequent delivery:
If a fabric is temporarily out of stock, you will find a notice regarding backorder availability in the respective fabric view.

Substances no longer available:
If a fabric no longer appears in the overview, it is permanently sold out and will no longer be reproduced or resupplied.

You can easily determine the right size of our dog carriers based on your dog's weight .

Special notes:

• Dogs with a lot of fur or short-legged breeds (such as dachshunds) often need a half size larger .
  👉 Example: If your dog weighs size S, we recommend size SM for a dachshund instead.

Personal advice:

Not sure? No problem! We're happy to advise you on the right size for your dog.

Important for orientation:

• The specified cm dimensions refer to the outer dimensions of the bag – not to the lying surface.
• Since each bag is individually assembled and materials and features vary, it is not possible to provide an exact sleeping area.
• Please therefore primarily base your decision on the weight information .

Inserting zippers into your centerpiece is a custom-made process. We always select the perfect zipper to precisely match your order.

Due to different batches, slight deviations of approximately ±1–2 cm may occur in subsequent deliveries.

You can order a replacement inlay at any time via email . If you would like an additional replacement inlay with your order, you can select this option in the configurator.

You can reorder a new traveler cover for all heart pieces from 2021 onwards – provided your bag is already equipped with a zipper .

You can reorder a riser for all heart pieces from 2021 onwards – provided your bag is already equipped with a zipper .

A zipper must be planned and installed during the manufacturing process.
Unfortunately, retrofitting is not technically possible, as the bag is individually and handmade.

We therefore recommend that you specify all desired extras when ordering so that your centerpiece corresponds exactly to your ideas.

Our centerpiece can easily be washed in the washing machine at a maximum of 40°C .

For the best care we recommend:

• Use a liquid detergent that is gentle on the fibers.
• Avoid fabric softener as it contains animal fats that can stick together the fibres and impair quality.

This way, your centerpiece will stay beautiful and functional for a long time!
